Stir-Fried Chicken with ginger and cashews

Pollastre amb Ginger i "Anacardos" Realment bonissim, del llibre de receptes HOME FOOD, crec que es un llibre de receptes facils, que crec falten passes pero....dona idees

Oil
4 springs onios (cut into pieces)
1 garlic glove
Ginger
Chicken cut into strips
1 red pepper cut into strips
75 gr snow peas
50 gr Cashews
2 tablespoon soy sauce

Heat the oil in the wok until it is smoking-this will only take a few seconds.
Add the springns onios, garlic and ginger and stir them around for a few seconds. Next, add the chicken and stir it araund until it has all turned while. Add the red pepper and keep stirring, then throw in the snow peas and cashews and stir-fry for another minute or so. Once the pepper has started to soften a little, add the soy sauce, toss everything together and then tip the stri-fry out into a serving dish.
Serve with rice or noodles and more soy sauce if you like.

Be...bonissim....ho varem menjar sense arros ni nodles...It was delicious!!!
